Insight Care Solutions is a Colorado telepsychiatry practice led by Kimberly Myers, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC. With training in both family and psychiatric care, Kimberly considers mental and physical health together when developing each treatment plan.
A thoughtful, integrated approach
Care begins with listening. Appointments make space to understand symptoms, health history, medications, lifestyle, goals, and concerns. When appropriate, laboratory review and coordination with other healthcare professionals support safer, more informed decisions.
Appointment options
Comprehensive Evaluation
A full diagnostic assessment that includes psychiatric history, medical and laboratory review, lifestyle evaluation, and initial treatment planning.
60 minutes | $300
Medication Management
Routine follow-up care includes symptom tracking, prescription adjustments, side-effect monitoring, and brief supportive counseling.
20 to 30 minutes | $150
Extended and Complex Care
Longer visits for complex medication reviews, neurocognitive concerns, dementia care planning, caregiver consultation, or other needs that require more time.
45 to 60 minutes | $225
Acute Visit
Focused support for sudden medication side effects, rapid mood changes, or acute insomnia. This service is not for medical or psychiatric emergencies.
30 minutes | $175
Insurance and payment
We currently accept Carelon Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado, Cigna, and Aetna. Self-pay options are also available.
